ACS LAWYERS, LAUREN FRIEDMAN, ABBE KALNICK AND MADELYNE MOSTILLER MAKE FUN OF PARENTS IN COURT AND TAKE PICTURES OF THEM. THIS IS A DISGRACE

Lawyers for Child Welfare and Legal Aid Under Scrutiny for Facebook Posts By  NIKITA STEWART AUG. 30, 2017 Continue reading the main story Share This Page Share Tweet Email More Save 2 Photo David Hansell, left, the commissioner of New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services, said he was “appalled” at the social media posts that mocked people in Family Court. HOW ACS USES A DOMESTIC VIOLENCE CALL

ACS has a special way that they use domestic violence cases to try and remove parents from the home. No matter how minor the situation is, ACS will demand that the parents, (usually the man), leave the home. Then they will tell the other parent that they must attend domestic violence classes through various useless agencies that will charge the parents for their services.  This is done blindly with no investigation of any kind. ACS workers simply check off boxes and demand that parents comply. Do not fall for their trap. Call an ACS lawyer as soon as ACS contacts you. WHY IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO SUE ACS

We receive many calls a week from parents who want to sue acs. Their anger is understandable. One of the main problems with suing ACS is that they are a state agency. For this reason, they have certain legal protections not afforded a civilian agency. Thus, many lawyers will not take a case against ACS, unless the parents have been found not guilty at trial or the charges have been dismissed. The best option is to contact a personal injury lawyer who regularly sues state agencies and explain your case to them. Do not be surprised if they do not take your case. Winning a lawsuit against ACS is very difficult.Of course the ACS workers know this and use it to their advantage. That is why it is critically important to contact an attorney as soon as you are contacted by an ACS worker. The attorney can fight for your rights and make sure ACS does not violate the law. Do not speak to the ACS worker without an attorney. brooklynacsattorney.com

PARENTS RIGHT AGAINST ACS KEEP BEING IGNORED, WHILE CITY SPENDS MILLIONS

Earlier this year, the I-Team was the first to report that an independent monitor ordered by Gov. Cuomo to oversee the city’s embattled Administration for Children’s Services began its work without a contract, charging pricey hourly fees — as much as $550 per hour — to be billed to NYC taxpayers. This week, the I-Team obtained a copy of the first bill submitted to the city by Kroll Associates, the private firm tasked with monitoring the ACS. After reviewing the first series of invoices submitted by Kroll to ACS, the I-Team has learned that every time the city’s new consultants talk about fixing the agency, it costs taxpayers money. Just one meeting in Albany on March 7, including travel and the review of necessary documents, cost taxpayers $8,187.00. The first bill shows that Kroll has a dozen consultants on the case charging between $285 and $550 per hour. The tab for the first month of services is $51,418.25, which includes a 20% discount. WILL ACS TAKE MY CHILD?

This is a heart-wrenching question that we hear from parents on a daily basis. The dysfunction at ACS is so vast and deep it is difficult to answer this question because ACS workers are so unpredictable. There are some types of cases where ACS workers remove children almost immediately. 1. MENTAL HEALTH- If a parent admits to an ACS worker that they have had any type of mental health issues, the ACS worker will look for any reason to remove the child. They will use anything in the parents history to justify this removal. So if a parent seeks mental health help. they place their child in jeopardy. This is one of the ways ACS tears families apart. 2. DOMESTIC ABUSE- If ACS believes that a mother is "allowing" herself to be abused by a husband or boyfriend, ACS will remove the child. ACS will claim that the child is in danger and demand removal. 3. DIRTY HOME- If an ACS worker believes you have a dirty home, they will remove the child on the spot. This often happens when

WHAT SERVICES WILL ACS REFER ME TO?

The ACS worker's main goal is to enroll parents into "services" These useless classes run by third party organizations do nothing expect allow ACS to make pretend that they are doing their jobs. In reality, these services are not effective and are only there to suck more funding out of city and state governments. The biggest of these services is a "parenting program." These are classes held throughout the city by social services organizations that rely on ACS to fund them . They teach nothing about parenting and are simply another box for acs to check off. Another big target for ACS workers is to send parents for drug treatment even if they do not have a drug problem. These programs last for years and a are a total waste of tax payer time. Lastly, the favorite service of ACS workers is the "mental health" services. This allows the ACS worker to claim that the parent is not well mentally and needs "treatment" If an ACS worker is trying t
