SHOULD YOU TAKE AN ACS DRUG TEST?

This is one of the most common questions that we receive. ACS workers will demand that a parent take a drug test based on an anonymous phone call. This allows anyone to accuse you. Where will test be give? Who will receive results? How is the test conducted? The ACS worker will never answer any of these questions. ACS workers will also claim that a parent is positive for drugs when in fact they have been negative. If an ACS worker  demands that you obtain a drug test, contact us at our hotline at 917-519-8417 and lets us work for your rights. ACSATTORNEY.COM BROOKLYNACSLAWYER.COM BROOKLYNACSATTORNEY.COM

WHY DOES ACS RUSH PARENTS TO COURT?

ACS workers use the tactic of stress and confusion to attack parents and force them into obeying ACS demands. One of the major ways the sis done is through stressful time-sensitive actions. The ACS worker will call a parent at work act 12pm and tell them " we are in court at 2pm and we are filing a case against you." This will place an enormous amount of stress on the parent. The parent will often not even had a chance to read the charges against them before they face a judge. When parents are stressed, they are more likely to follow ACS orders. Stand up for your rights.
