HOW ACS INTIMIDATES JUDGES IN FAMILY COURT

In New York all ACS cases are heard and decided by a judge. There are no juries. Thus, the decisions are left in the hands of a few judges who are overwhelmed by their caseload.  These are the hardest working judges in our system and they face a difficult job. ACS knows this. ACS lawyers and workers have a system of attacking the courts to bend them to their will. The first ruse that they use is to have the ACS worker be the "client" of the ACS lawyer. Despite working for the same organization, ACS uses this strategy to manipulate judges. When the lawyers do not want to address an issues, they routinely say " I will have to speak to my client." this allows them to divide responsibility ad not ne held accountable. ACS workers are not childcare experts, have virtually no training or experience and they often leave the agency within two years. Another way ACS attacks the courts is to imply that if the judge does not go along with ACS orders that horrible things will h

HOW ACS FORCES PARENTS TO TAKE DRUG TESTS

One of the most shocking experiences that parents have with ACS is a demand for a drug test. ACS uses these tests to attack parents in every way. A parent will be ordered by an ACS worker to take a drug test based solely an anonymous  report. That means an ACS worker will show up to your home and say " someone said that you do drugs and we are scheduling you for a drug test." This is shocking to many parents. The other issue is that ACS will send you to THEIR drug test centers who they have a contract with. This is simply outrageous. If an ACS worker orders you to take a drug test, contact us immediately. Call our hotline at 917-519-8417 .  We protect your rights as a parent. THE LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL S. DISCIOARRO. LLC. NYCCPSLAWYER.COM FIGHTACS.COM QUEENSACSLAWYER.COM SUEACS.COM

Thus keeping the complaints in house and not letting any outsiders into the system. ACS likes to operate in a closed box often ACS workers do not present par
