ACS TRIES AND FAILS TO KEEP PARENTS AWAY FROM THEIR LAWYER

NYC ACS Lawyer Announces Winning Right to Counsel Motion ACS Tried to Stop Parents From Having Attorney Present at a Visit. The Court Sided With The Parents By: michael discioarro BROOKLYN, N.Y.  -  Sept. 21, 2021  -  PRLog  -- The Right to Counsel is a sacred right enjoyed by all Americans. It is guaranteed to us by the U.S. Constitution and the New York State Constitution. ACS filed a motion to prevent the parent's lawyer from appearing at home visits virtually. ACS alleged that it was not critical for the attorney to be present. In the case of Matter of K.D. N.A-05773-5/ 21, the Hon. Judge  Eelenor Cherry from Queens Family Court denied their motion. "At any one of these visits, the result can be an application for removal, and how the visit went. To say that these court visits are not critical, the Court disagrees." Judge Cherry held in her ruling after oral arguments. "We're very happy for the client, they have been wrongfully accused and now ACS is trying

THE NIGHTMARE OF ACS VISITS LATE AT NIGHT

One of the ways that ACS attacks parents is to make home visits late at night. At the time the children will be sleeping and the ACS worker will demand that the parent wake the children up so they can be checked for bruises. As you can imagine, this is very stressful to parents. This is what ACS counts on. ACS routinely knocks on parents doors after midnight.  This is usually a done without a court order and without any Court approval. If ACS knocks on your door, contact an attorney as soon as possible. The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC at 917-519-8417. ACS AGAINS FAILS TO PROTECT CHILDREN IN DANGER WHILE ATTACKING GOOD PARENTS

1-Year-Old Is Killed, and Mother’s Boyfriend Is Arrested The infant, Legacy Beauford, was killed in the Bronx. In Brooklyn, a 4-year-old boy died after being found unconscious in a hallway. The boys’ murders follow the death of 7-year-old Julissia Batties, who was killed last month at the Mitchel Houses in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. Credit... Desiree Rios for The New York Times By  Ashley Southall  and  Chelsia Rose Marcius Sept. 12, 2021 The night before 1-year-old Legacy Beauford died, he was crying uncontrollably. That frustrated his mother’s boyfriend, Keishawn Gordon, who was babysitting for him overnight on Wednesday in the family’s apartment in the Bronx’s Webster Houses. When police questioned Mr. Gordon about Legacy’s injuries after the baby’s death, he initially told investigators that he gently squeezed the boy’s stomach and tossed him in the air to pacify him, according to a criminal complaint filed in court after Mr. Gordon was arrested on Friday. But he l

WHY COMPLAINING ABOUT AN ACS WORKER TO ACS IS USELESS

Our office receives countless calls by parents who want to file a complaint about the ACS worker investigating their case. They often turn to a complaint line that ACS has set up. This is a mere shell game. The ACS supervisors simply take the call if they answer at all and defend the actions of the ACS worker. This allows the ACS worker to continue to manufacture a case against the parents. ACS supervisors do not respond to parents and they do not fear being fired because the agency is so mismanaged they will retain anyone regardless of performance. Suing ACS is federal court is the best path to attack ACS. If enough parents do this, the city must take notice. NEWYORKACSLAWYER.COM STATENISLANDACSLAWYER.COM ACSATTORNEY.COM
