What we are left with is the singular and autocratic rule of a Family Court judge. The unfortunate reality, I that many Family Court judges are mere rubber stamps for ACS. Why is this so? It is very simple, when a judge disobeys ACS they run the risk of ACS attacking him/her publicly for their position. ACS routinely accuses judges of wrongdoing to cover up the incompetence of its own making. All a parent can do is hop
