ReplyDeleteacs workers are not listening to the children when they are clearly stating to acs worker that there is neglect and abuse going on in the household, and the acs worker tells her to go in the room while grown ups are talking.
ReplyDeleteFor one as an ACS worker you dont listen to the children, you observe and report fact findings. Thats why kids are getting taken and just giving away, cause they listen to programmed kids. Its ACS officials that watch kids come from good homes, and they give them to ppl that been convicted of crimes, or jealous ppl that just want the kids cause they don't have a life.
DeleteI am going through one of craziest times in my life with acs and need help .. acs has conducted cover ups of child endangerment, abuse, neglect , this has been going on with me for over 5 years and I need help !!!! My child has been in molestation situations and it was ignore to further acs interest to keep the father away from the child ... Dispite the father having no violations against him

ReplyDeleteI have lupus and therefore ACS had to get involved because I had to go to a rehabilitation center. Since I have been discharged on Aug. 7 2019 I still have not seen my son. Meanwhile I passed the home visit and even have a foster parent in line. This investigation started June 11. It's now October and they're stating that I still can't have my son back. Or that he can't go with the foster parent. Why am I being tortured because I have an illness. Also 2 incident reports have been filed. Someone please help me understand.

DeleteI meant lies they will do and say anything. .to make a parent or pare its look bad this agency should be shut down completely they do not care about the child feelings when taken or removed from parent tell them nothing they are not police and they will lie to you. Dont trust them..at all. They dont have the right to investigate you without hippa they will fond you unfit and are not there to help.
DeleteHello, my wife and I are are in Kansas fighting for our child, They call it K.V.C. or C.P.S. here but it's still child abduction and parental bullying. They provided us both with attorneys because we are not legally married, and I as a trusting fool thought this would all be over soon, I foolishly complied with everything they asked me to do so I could be rewarded with more visitation with my infant daughter who was only 9 months old when removed from our home due to arguement between the wife and I that got loud, not physical. K.V.C. played and continues to play psychological warfare against us, at first putting us against one another and when they realized that I love my wife as much as my daughter and I would not pick or trade one for the other, I want them both in my life, The child abduction agency turned up the heat and began stalking us, and I might sound paranoid, but I lost my job and that includes my housing, just two weeks before the agency told me I would be my daughter would be allowed to live with me, that was right before christmas. As for the torture they inflict on my wife I wouldn't believe it if hadn't witnessed it myself. They continue to only allow the mother a 1 hour a week visit at their facility where as anyone dealing with this stuff knows, children are sensitive to those vibrations of negativity, and the mother has to spend half her hour trying to calm our daughter. We need help in Kansas against these evils, I have read to many articles about child trafficking and these agencies possibly being involved, I want my family back under one roof where I can at least pretend I am keeping them safe.
