P.H. docket # NA- 03931-22 could have been a sad ending. ACS alleged that the father abused his children by disciplining them and refused to allow the father of four to see his children. The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC filed a motion and a hearing was held before the Hon. Hana Gruebel on Brooklyn Family Court. The Court heard all of the testimony , ruled against ACS and allowed the father to see his four children who desperately wanted to see him.
