Judge Rules Against ACS in Brooklyn, Returns Children to the Father The Hon. Hana Gruebel, Family Court Judge in Brooklyn, Rules that ACS Must Allow Father To See His Chidlren, By: michaeld500@hotmail.com BROOKLYN, N.Y. & MANHATTAN, N.Y.  -  April 21, 2022  -  PRLog  -- The Case of ACS v. P.H. docket # NA- 03931-22 could have been a sad ending. ACS alleged that the father abused his children by disciplining them and refused to allow the father of four to see his children. The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC filed a motion and a hearing was held before the Hon. Hana Gruebel on Brooklyn Family Court. The Court heard all of the testimony , ruled against ACS and allowed the father to see his four children who desperately wanted to see him. " We are thankful to the thoughtful Judge who saw my client as the loving father he is." Mr. Discioarro said. ACS routinely attacks parents in Court without any justification and the children suffer. DO NOT SPEAK TO ACS WORKERS WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY

A very common question is, do I have to speak with ACS workers. There is noting the Family Court Act that mandates that. ACS workers will demand that they speak to them without an attorney. Under New York Law, you have the right to an attorney. The reason are many. To begin with , ACS workers do not record any conversations, this allows them to lie about what the parents have said. Next, ACS workers do not inform parents of the allegations, they merely dig until they believe they found something to use against the parents. The goal of ACS is to remove children and place parents in useless services. Stand on your rights as a parent. BROOKLYN FAMILY COURT JUDGE SLAMS ACS WORKER CRYSTAL MARTINEZ, CLIENT WINS 1028 HEARING

A CS in Brooklyn filed a petition against the father in acs of Matter of K.N in file number 02044-21. ACS demanded that the father be excluded from the home and not be allowed to live with his family. After a 1028 hearing, the Hon. J. Ben Darvil, of Brooklyn Family Court decided otherwise. The Court found that the ACS worker, Crystal Martinez's testimony was "remarkable in that she chose to answer her questions and not the ones posed by counsel." The Court found no imminent risk and ordered the father be allowed back into the family home. "We are pleased that the Court saw through the testimony of the ACS worker and allowed our client back home to his family where he belongs," Mr. Discioarro said. ACS routinely excludes parents from the home in an effort to force parents into services and make them comply with ACS demands. The family in this case was grateful that the Court allowed the father back home and was not swayed by fraudulent ACS testimony. ACS attorne...

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR TO ACS WORKERS?

This is probably the most important decision parents have to make when an investigation starts. Once ACS targets your family you must decide how to deal with them. Remember, ACS has the power of the law and the police behind them. If an ACS worker knocks on your door and you do not open, they will keep coming back until they make contact. If you keep refusing, ACS will go to Court, without notifying you, and obtain a court order tented your home. They will also seek the help of the NYPD to break down your door. This is all done without you being able to present your side to the judge. If ACS contacts you, contact us at our hotline at 917-519-8417 and lets us protect your parental rights! ACS OFFICES USED FOR CHILD VISITS ARE FILTHY AND DANGEROUS

ACS attacks parents routinely if they say that their homes are dirty. Meanwhile, ACS offices where visits where children take place, are filthy. Dirty carpets, exposed wires, wires hanging, dirty tables, and no covers on outlets. This is how ACS abuses children and families. This is a disgrace. BUDGET CRUNCH IS MAKING ACS WORKERS MORE AGGRESSIVE AND DANGEROUS

As we have previously discussed, the goal of ACS is not to protect children but to maintain their funding. A large budget crisis is unfolding in NYC. Layoffs by the Mayor have already started. In recent weeks we have seen a disturbing trend by ACS workers. Workers are more aggressive and are removing more children from their parents even during Covid-19. This is a way to try to protect their budget and jobs. Parents must be very aware of this. FIGHTACS.COM NYCCPSLAWYER.COM STATENISLANDACSLAWYER.COM
