 ACS workers have a single agenda. They are there to attack parents as much as they can. The process will begin with a usually anonymous phone call to report a parent. The ACS worker will then show up and start digging into your family. The worker will never tell you, you have a right to have an attorney present. The law currently does not mandate that ACS workers must give parents a warning that they can hire an attorney if they chose. The worker will then demand all medical and background information on each child. Once they have received the records, they comb through them to find any evidence against the parents. A missed doctor's appointment will be used against the parents. Then the ACS worker will demand that the parents engage in "services".
