NEW YORK CITY ACS DEFENSE LAWYER

 In New York all ACS cases are heard and decided by a judge. There are no juries. Thus, the decisions are left in the hands of a few judges who are overwhelmed by their caseload.  These are the hardest working judges in our system and they face a difficult job. ACS knows this. ACS lawyers and workers have a system of attacking the courts to bend them to their will. The first ruse that they use is to have the ACS worker be the "client" of the ACS lawyer. Despite working for the same organization, ACS uses this strategy to manipulate judges. When the lawyers do not want to address an issues, they routinely say " I will have to speak to my client." this allows them to divide responsibility ad not ne held accountable.
