THE DANGER OF THE ACS HOME VISITS

The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this. If you have been contacted by ACS, contact our hotline at      917-519-8417 Do not speak to an acs worker without an attorney!! brooklynacslawyer.com queensacslawyer.com bronxacslawyer.com statenislandacslawyer.com sueacs.com

SUE ACS

ACS Lawyer Announces Lawsuit Against ACS On Behalf of Innocent Mother The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC Announced Today A Lawsuit Filed Against ACS by The Firm On Behalf Of An Innocent Mother. By: LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL DISCIOARRO BRONX, N.Y.  -  June 8, 2022  -  PRLog  -- "These facts are so outrageous they need to be judged by a jury." Mr. Discioarro said. In  new lawsuit in the case of  X.J v ACS ,  ACS  filed a petition of neglect against and innocent mother, removed her child who had special needs, only to dismiss the case three days after it was filed. "this is an incredible abuse of power, the worst I have seen in a while." Mr. Discioarro said. The mother was completely blindsided by the removal of the child into foster care and fought every step of the way to get the child back. ACS and other child protective agencies receive state and federal funding for each child removed. Thus, the more children they remove, the ...

HOW THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WEAPONIZES ACS

The NYC Department of Education is responsible for 1 million children. It is a high bureucratic and dysfunctional agency. Much like ACS. The DOE has learned that they can use ACS to attack parents in order to block parents from criticizing the DOE. This is usually done when a parent inquires about the proper education of their child. The staff will call ACS and accuse the parent of abuse so as to blunt the parent's criticism of the agency. This can be devastating to parents who are only seeking the best education of their child. This practice needs to end and parents should be supported by the DOE not attacked. MANHATTANACSATTORNEY.COM STATENISLANDACSLAWYER.COM BROOKLYNACSLAWYER.COM NYCACSLAWYER.COM

ACS HONORS BLACK HISTORY MONTH AS THEY BREAK UP BLACK FAMILIES

AC is happily celebrating Black History Month as it breaks up black families. The Civil Rights movement is an honored part of the American Experience. We all deserve to be free, respected and valued as members of this land. No Civil Rights leader can condone what ACS has done to black families in this city. AT A HEARING BEFORE LEGISLATORS, ACS OBJECTS TO ACS WORKERS ADVISING PARENTS OF THEIR RIGHTS

The Administration for Children’s Services has objected to the legislation requiring child protection investigators to read parents their rights during an initial home visit, similar to the Miranda rights police must inform people of when they’re arrested. City leaders have also objected to telling parents they have the right to refuse investigators entry into their homes without a court order, arguing that state social service law requires agencies to first confirm a child’s safety, before providing parents information about their rights. HOW ACS WORKS TO HAVE PARENTS LOSE THEIR JOBS

If a parent is accused of child abuse, certain jobs will refuse too hire them. This is especially true of parents in the medical and child care and mental health fields. Thus, while they claim that they are there to protect children, they are putting parents in a position to not obtain employment and not be able to feed their children. This is who ACS is . Our children deserve better. FIGHTACS.COM BROOKLYNACSLAWYER.COM

ACS DOESN'T HIRE PEOPLE WHO CRITICIZE THE SYSTEM

"It was rational for [the New York City's Administration for Children's Services] to be concerned about the potential disruptiveness of the petitioner's speech" put forward in his essay, wrote the Appellate Division, First Department. By Jason Grant | November 24, 2021     Appellate Division, First Department at 27 Madison Ave. (Photo by David Handschuh/NYLJ) A state appeals court has ruled it was not a First Amendment violation, or arbitrary and capricious, for New York City’s child welfare agency to avoid hiring a man in part because he’d published an essay that laid out his views on the fundamental unfairness of the criminal justice system. “The record supports [the Administration for Children's Services] assertion that it declined to hire petitioner because of its concern for the potential impact of his speech on his work, and not in retaliation for the content of that speech,” wrote a panel of Appellate Division, First Department justices, in part, as t...

THE NY TIMES DOCUMENTS THE FAILURES OF ACS

Doctors never examined 4-year-old Jayce Eubanks’s cuts and bruises. Child welfare workers did not alert the police to 7-year-old Julissia Batties’s black eye. Investigators closed Aisyn Emerson-Gonzalez’s case despite his swollen eye and a lump on his head. All three children were beaten to death at home in the closing weeks of this summer, Their deaths were among a string of fatalities involving children who were the subject of warnings to child welfare authorities or the police in New York City. While the number of homicides of children in the city this year is close to that of recent years, the series of killings has exposed the holes in a multiagency safety net, from social workers to detectives, where a wrong decision could mean the death of a child. In recent weeks, city officials have examined how investigators skipped steps, were slow to follow up or might have closed an abuse case too soon. Several children died even after their cases had been escalated to the city’s “In...
