  This is a common question that many parents have. An ACS worker comes to your door out of nowhere and demands to come in. We have always strongly advised to record the ACS worker. We advise clients to tell the ACS worker that they are being recorded. It would be best to make a video recording. The ACS worker will react in a very negative manner. They will wrongly tell the parent that it is illegal to record her and that she does not want to be recorded.
