EXCLUSIVE: ACS caseworker who had evidence of Zymere Perkins abuse closed his file because she got promoted

(YouTube)Child protective specialist Nitza Sutton, 48, closed Zymereās case after just 12 days this past April ā even though she took photos of injuries on the childās body, according to child welfare sources who saw the boyās file, several sources said.
āShe (Sutton) went to the home,ā an Administration for Childrenās Services source told The News. āShe had pictures of him with bruises. The child had marks and bruises. You saw the marks and bruises.ā
The April case was the most recent of five abuse complaints involving the 6-year-old boy, officials said.
ACS boss admits her agency 'can't keep every child safe'
Sutton then left the case because she was being promoted from investigator to supervisor, several ACS sources said.
