ANOTHER ACS FAILURE

A battered, helpless 3-year-old Brooklyn boy has died from injuries he allegedly suffered at the hands of his mother’s abusive boyfriend days after he was beaten into a coma and left with a fractured skull.
Little Jaden Jordan, who also suffered a lacerated kidney and a lacerated liver, died Saturday evening, a mere five minutes after his family took him off life support, his heartbroken dad said.
“It was devastating, when they first turned the machine off. It’s hard, you know,” dad Guseyn Aliyev, 37, told the Daily News.
“You know, the doctor said that that’s it, he’s never going to come back after this.”
ACS took 3 days find address of boy, 3, who was beaten into coma
Young Jaden clung to life for five days after he was found Nov. 28 in his Gravesend home unresponsive and covered in feces, authorities said.

He was rushed from his W. Fifth St. home to Coney Island Hospital, just two days after the city’s child welfare agency investigated an anonymous tip about the boyfriend, sources said.
Three investigators initially followed up on that lead but went to the wrong home because the tipster erroneously gave the address of building next door.
Cops charged the boyfriend, Salvatore Lucchesse, with four counts of assault and endangering the welfare of a child. The charges are expected to be upgraded to murder.

Lucchesse, 24, has admitted he was in charge of baby-sitting Jaden for the boy’s mother, Raven Haynes, at the time of the tragedy, but insisted he did not hurt the boy, according to police sources.

The boyfriend of Raven Haynes is accused of beating young Jaden.

THE DANGER OF THE ACS HOME VISITS

The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this. If you have been contacted by ACS, contact our hotline at      917-519-8417 Do not speak to an acs worker without an attorney!! brooklynacslawyer.com queensacslawyer.com bronxacslawyer.com statenislandacslawyer.com sueacs.com

By: LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL DISCIOARRO BRONX, N.Y.  -  June 8, 2022  -  PRLog  -- "These facts are so outrageous they need to be judged by a jury." Mr. Discioarro said. In  new lawsuit in the case of  X.J v ACS ,  ACS  filed a petition of neglect against and innocent mother, removed her child who had special needs, only to dismiss the case three days after it was filed.
