QUEENS ACS LAYWER WINS JUSTICE FOR INNOCENT MOTHER AND EXPOSES ACS LIES

ACS wrongfully accused a mother of harming her sick child. Queens ACS lawyer, Michael Discioarro, was able to prove to the court that the mother was innocent and ACS was trumping up charges against the family.
The case of ACS v. J.H was a difficult one. The child in question was born ine very difficult manner and as a reult sustained childbirth injuries. As a result, the child underwent numerous surgeries to alleviate the injruies to his head. During one of the hospital stays, ACS witness, Dr. Jamie Hoffman-Rosenfeld, determined that the child was being intentionally injured by someone. ACS lawyers then drafted a petition that accused both the mother and father of abusing their child.
The child was placed in foster care for 18 months while the court case dragged on. Finally the case was sent to The Hon. J. Caloras for trial. Because of ACS delays the trial dragged on for months. ACS was represented by attorney Dafna Schindler. ACS attorney MIchael S. Discioarro was able to cross examine all of ACS's witnesses including Dr. Hoffman-Rosenfeld.
" In the end, we were able to show that ACS simply had no case. They tortured this poor family for almost two years. My client is a loving mother who did nothing but the best for her baby. We appreciate the Court giving us justice." Mr. Discioarro said.
ACS is the New York City agency charged with protecting children. In fact, they fail the children of NYC every day. Dozens of children have died after they failed to help them. "It is shameful," Mr. Discioarro said. If your family has been targeted by ACS, contact The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC at 917-519-8417.

In  new lawsuit in the case of  X.J v ACS ,  ACS  filed a petition of neglect against and innocent mother, removed her child who had special needs, only to dismiss the case three days after it was filed.
