DO I HAVE TO LET ACS IN MY HOUSE?

This is a common question that we must visit again. This post will take you through all of the scenarios that can occur:

1. YOU ALLOW THEM IN: An ACS worker comes to your door and asks to be let in. You allow the ACS worker in and the investigation begins. In this scenario, the ACS worker will ask you and your entire family questions and issue a finding. Most parents are indicated for child abuse no matter what the facts are. Remember, the ACS business model is predicated upon attacking the parents not protecting the children. Do not become upset if ACS indicated you, they indicate most parents with no evidence.

2.YOU DENY THE ACS WORKER ACCESS: Once the ACS worker is denied access to the home, they will usually go to court and obtain a court order directing you to allow them access to the home, or a court order ordering you to produce the children at the ACS office. ACS workers do this routinely and is a favorite tool of intimidation.

3. YOU REFUSE ACCESS WHEN PRESENTED WITH A COURT ORDER: If you refuse to follow the court order, ACS will then ask the judge to hold you in contempt. This can result in a fine or jail time. These orders are from a judge not ACS.

It is imperative that as soon as you learn that you are under ACS investigation, to contact an ACS lawyer. You are not equipped to deal with the ACS lies and maneuvers during a child abuse investigation. Most clients try and are horrified at the tactics that ACS uses.

THE DANGER OF THE ACS HOME VISITS

The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this. By: LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL DISCIOARRO BRONX, N.Y.  -  June 8, 2022  -  PRLog  -- "These facts are so outrageous they need to be judged by a jury." Mr. Discioarro said. In  new lawsuit in the case of  X.J v ACS ,  ACS  filed a petition of neglect against and innocent mother, removed her child who had special needs, only to dismiss the case three days after it was filed. "this is an incredible abuse of power, the worst I have seen in a while." Mr. Discioarro said. The mother was completely blindsided by the removal of the child into foster care and fought every step of the way to get the child back. ACS and other child protective agencies receive state and federal funding for each child removed. Thus, the more children they remove, the ...
