ACS workers will go to a parent's home with only an anonymous phone call and demand to speak to the children alone and that parents comply with services. They may also demand a drug test. This is all done without court order. Parents are often intimidated and comply with these orders from the workers. The most important thing is not to speak to the ACS worker and contact an attorney as soon as possible.ACS workers will routinely manufacture statements that parents made to them in order to build a case against the parents in court. The Goal of ACS is to remove the child and place parents into services. This new website will help parents get the information they need.

 The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this.
