If there is a marital dispute between parents and ACS becomes aware of it, they will use this opportunity to attack the parents and force them into unnecessary "services" and will demand that one parent file for an order of protection against the other. This is especially true if a parent calls 911 because they are having a dispute. Parents who cooperate with ACS run the risk of losing their children.
