ACS SET UP A SYSTEM FOR PARENTS TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ACS WORKERS- IT'S SIMPLY A FAILURE

 ACS has concocted a system to funnel parent's complaints. They set up the Office of Advocacy. Here is the direct language from the ACS website:

Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Office of Advocacy is unable to receive walk-ins.

As always, our staff remain available to you by phone and e-mail.

Calling any of the following numbers will take you to a brief voicemail menu. Please listen to the prompts carefully, and leave a message including your name and phone number. We will return your call as soon as possible.



In reality , when parents call the office they are simply routed to the ACS worker's supervisor. Thus keeping the complaints in house and not letting any outsiders into the system. ACS likes to operate in a closed box often ACS workers do not present parents with ID or a business card. If you're a family has been targeted by ACS, contact THE LAW OFFICES OF MICHAEL S.  One of the most common questions about ACS is , how di file a complaint about my worker? Unfortunately, ACS has designed a system to protect its workers and themselves. The ACS website tells you to call their complaint number. When you call you will be directed to the worker's supervisor. The supervisor will then simply defend the worker.
