One of the ways that ACS attacks parents is to make home visits late at night. At the time the children will be sleeping and the ACS worker will demand that the parent wake the children up so they can be checked for bruises. As you can imagine, this is very stressful to parents. This is what ACS counts on. ACS routinely knocks on parents doors after midnight. This is usually a done without a court order and without any Court approval. If ACS knocks on your door, contact an attorney as soon as possible. The Law Offices of Michael S.
