ACS ONCE AGAIN FAILS CHILDREN BY NOT STOPPING SEX TRAFFICKING IN FOSTER HOME THEY APPROVED

In an incredible story by The NY Times, ACS failed to protect kids in a foster home while they were being sex trafficked. This is another shocking example of how ACS fails to protect children.
