WHAT TO DO IF ACS COMES TO YOUR HOUSE

We have covered this topic before but we receive so many questions about it that it is worth covering again. To begin with ACS can knock on your door at any hour. They will knock on your door at 2 am and demand to see your children. The first thing to do is not speak to them or let them in before you have an attorney. Second, ask for identification and for business cards. ACS workers do not like to identify themselves because they do not want to be held accountable.
Next, you must record the conversation either video or audio. This sis usually easy since most of us have smart phones. 
The ACS worker will try to ask you questions about every part of your life. They do this to try and build a case against you. Remember, while ACS should be protecting children what they really do is attack innocent parents and kids who need help are neglected and left to die.  The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this.
