This is by far the most asked question we receive. ACS uses the tactic of surprise and shock to intimidate parents. They will make a home visit at any time. Often after 12 am when children are sleeping. They will actually demand that the parents wake up the children so they can see them.ACS workers want to come into the home and do an inspection to see if they can accuse the parents of anything they can find. The law requires a warrant to allow entrance into the home. However, the average person should not confront ACS on their own.
