The goal of ACS workers is to get parents to comply. To do this they often use time pressures to achieve this goal. They will often call a parent in the morning while the parent is at work and tell them to be at court at 2 pm. These is no advance warning or any scheduling of any kind. They will make late night visits and demand that the children be woken up so they can insect them.
