The goal of the ACS worker is to accuse the parents of something. Even if the parents have done nothing wrong. The parent will be offered "services" which the ACS worker will demand that the parent complete. Threats and demands are what the ACS worker will use to get the parent to comply. You should never sign any document with ACS WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY. ACS workers are trained to make the parent fear the removal of their children. Stand up for your rights.
