NEW YORK - June 8, 2021 - PRLog -- The case of ACS v. V.C docket # NN-08820-20 defied the facts. The client, a wonderful father and provider was accused of child neglect by ACS. Despite the fact that the children are thriving in school and in the workplace.ACS accused the father of neglecting the kids by simply leaving the home and yelling a neighbors. The case was simply absurd. The law allows attorneys to file motions on behalf of their clients. The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC filed a motion to dismiss the ACS case against their client, the father.
After court review, the Hon Judge Cherry of Queens Family Court dismissed the case against the father. The Court stated " the papers make no mention of his role or involvement."

"we are very happy for our client, he's a wonderful father. " Mr. Discioarro said. " ACS had no case against him and they knew it, they just dragged this case in court for leverage, but we beat them. "
ACS files cases against parents to force them into services or remove their children. This case is now no more and the client can go on with his life. ACS was represented by Santosh Madahar. The Law Offices of Michael S. Discioarro, LLC can be reached at

THE DANGER OF THE ACS HOME VISITS

The bulk of the street level work that ACS does is the home visit. ACS workers take this opportunity to attack the parents in any ay that they can. Initially the ACS worker will demand that the parents not record them. They will actually give you orders in your own home. Do not allow them to do this.
