THE TRAP OF COURT MENTAL HEALTH EVALUATIONS

New York City's Family Court have an office in the building called Mental Health Services. Among other things, these services conduct mental health evaluations for parents accused by ACS. Their is no fee for the parents and ACS easily convinces parents to subject themselves to these evaluations. DO NOT DO IT. parents should obtain their own mental health evaluation done by a licensed private professional not connected to ACS. Parents should never accept any services by ACS. ACS funds these agencies to the tune of millions of dollars a year. Thus, they are beholden to ACS and do not have the parent's interest in mind. IT IS IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS TEXT THE ACS WORKER

ACS workers do not like to documents their actions The reason is simple. Not documenting allows them to deny facts in court. If you are dealing with an ACS worker, ALWAYS text or email them and save their responses. This allows you to have a record for court and denied them the opportunity to manufacture events that  did not occur. This is a way to protect yourself against an unscrupulous ACS worker. HOW THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION WEAPONIZES ACS

The NYC Department of Education is responsible for 1 million children. It is a high bureucratic and dysfunctional agency. Much like ACS. The DOE has learned that they can use ACS to attack parents in order to block parents from criticizing the DOE. This is usually done when a parent inquires about the proper education of their child. The staff will call ACS and accuse the parent of abuse so as to blunt the parent's criticism of the agency. This can be devastating to parents who are only seeking the best education of their child. This practice needs to end and parents should be supported by the DOE not attacked. MANHATTANACSATTORNEY.COM STATENISLANDACSLAWYER.COM BROOKLYNACSLAWYER.COM NYCACSLAWYER.COM

WHY DRUG TESTS ARE SO IMPORTANT TO ACS

ACS workers will demand that parents obtain drug tests at ACS facilities. These are contracted by ACS to give parents drug tests. Why are drug tests so important to ACS? These tests, even marijuana are used to push parents into useless drug programs funded by ACS. The two goals of ACS is to either remove the children if they can or if that is not possible, they want to place parents into useless programs and parenting classes. The reason is simple. FUNDING!. ACS has to justify its budget to the City Council and the Mayor. They must make it appear that they are "helping" New York City's families. In reality, they baselessly attack parents who have done nothing wrong. This is all done to protect their $2.9 billion budget. THE REASON WHY SOME FAMILY COURT JUDGES FEAR ACS

In the Family Court of New York, the Judge rules all. While criminal defendants and civil litigants received jury trial, parents who may lose their children have no such right. This is an injustice that must be corrected. In the interim, we will discuss why some Family Court judges are mere rubber stamps for ACS. ACS has a $3 billion dollar budget that must be fed. The ACS agenda includes intimidating judges who they can target. The tactic is simple. They make many baseless allegations against parents and prop up the implied threat to the Judge that if the Judge does not remove the children they will be harmed and the Judge will be on the front cover of The Post.  This is a powerful intimidation tool. Unfortunately, many judges throughout the city and state bow down to the demands of ACS. It is politically safer for a Judge to side with ACS than a parent in most cases. In addition, most parents in the ACS system cannot afford private attorney who can fight for them. They are ...
