ACS workers will demand that parents obtain drug tests at ACS facilities. These are contracted by ACS to give parents drug tests. Why are drug tests so important to ACS? These tests, even marijuana are used to push parents into useless drug programs funded by ACS. The two goals of ACS is to either remove the children if they can or if that is not possible, they want to place parents into useless programs and parenting classes. The reason is simple. FUNDING!. ACS has to justify its budget to the City Council and the Mayor. They must make it appear that they are "helping" New York City's families. In reality, they baselessly attack parents who have done nothing wrong. This is all done to protect their $2.9 billion budget.
