IT IS IMPORTANT TO ALWAYS TEXT THE ACS WORKER

 ACS workers do not like to documents their actions The reason is simple. Not documenting allows them to deny facts in court. If you are dealing with an ACS worker, ALWAYS text or email them and save their responses. This allows you to have a record for court and denied them the opportunity to manufacture events that  did not occur. This is a way to protect yourself against an unscrupulous ACS worker.
